What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are made with care and fully inspected before shipping to clients.  If you may need any other assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us at teamnlusb@gmail.com.  We believe in obtaining 100% customer satisfaction.  Exchanges are only available for a different size of the purchased item.  When exchanging, please include a copy of the packing slip and receipt that was sent with your original purchase.  All exchanges are only accepted 5 days upon receipt with original receipt and tags attached.  To receive an exchanged item, merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, no exceptions.  However, if product does not fit properly, customer is responsible for return fee with a confirmation number, tracking number and insurance of retail cost of the garment when sending back. If at any moment there are any special promos, discounts or sales, all sales are FINAL price. Unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
